Purple Passion Custard
This sweet and fresh dessert gives deep grape flavors with a yummy custard texture. Made by a registered dietitian from The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Food & Culinary Professionals Section it is easy to make and can be enjoyed by all! Garnish with whipped cream and whole grapes.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Combine egg yolks and sugar. Add grape juice. Cook in a double boiler over hot water, beating constantly, until light and fluffy. Cool and/or chill. Can be served warm, cold or at room temperature. Garnish with dollops of whipped cream and whole grapes.
