Pomegranate Ginger Smash

This Pomegrante Ginger recipe is not only fun and festive – it’s simple too! Made with only 3 ingredients and 100% juice, this just might become a new tradition.

  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • 2/3 cup vodka
  • 2/3 cup ginger beer (use diet for low sugar
  • Ice

For garnish:

  • pomegranate arils
  • ginger rosemary sugar


  1. In a pitcher, combine pomegranate juice, vodka and ginger beer.
  2. To make ginger rosemary sugar, finely chop a few rosemary leaves.
  3. Grate about 1/4 tsp from a knob of frozen ginger.
  4. Mix ginger and rosemary with a few tablespoons of sugar.
  5. Put on a small plate for rimming glasses.
  6. Wet rims of 4 glasses and rim with ginger rosemary sugar (optional).
  7. Fill glasses with ice.
  8. Pour cocktail mixture into each glass and garnish with pomegranate arils.
  9. Serve immediately. Cheers!
