Ruby Red Grapefruit Sorbet

Store-bought treats can’t compare to our fruity, yummy, refreshing grapefruit sorbet. The recipe is super easy to make and takes only 5 minutes of hands-on time!

Yield:
1 quart

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups/8 oz. ruby red grapefruit
  • ½ tsp. ground coriander
  • ½ cup/4 oz. sugar
  • ¼ cup/1 oz. mint sprigs

Directions:

  1. Place the grapefruit juice, mint, coriander and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to simmer to dissolve the sugar. When the sugar has completely dissolved, set aside to cool completely. Remove mint sprigs.
  2. Freeze in an ice cream maker, according to manufacturer’s instructions.

5 minutes plus freezing time
