Ingredients

5 oz. pineapple juice

~1 cup/3 oz. banana, frozen, cut into chunks

¼ cup/2 oz. lite coconut milk

1 ½ tsp. grated ginger

2 oz. ice

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
