Pineapple, Banana and Coconut Smoothie
This smoothie full of pineapple juice, banana & coconut milk is rich, creamy, and chock full of vitamins. Plus, since it’s ready in less than 5 minutes, it makes the perfect post-workout snack or breakfast on the go.
5 oz. pineapple juice
~1 cup/3 oz. banana, frozen, cut into chunks
¼ cup/2 oz. lite coconut milk
1 ½ tsp. grated ginger
2 oz. ice
Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
